Aminata muscaria (Fly Agaric) Not the death angel, (All three species are pure white, with white gills that are free from the stalk.)

yep Amanita muscaria...Fly Agaric.. the spots (remnants of veil) wash off in the rain...they can be yellow or red and colors in between...check for volva

Due to color, I'd say it's Amanita amerimuscaria, this coloring doesn't appear in Europe as far as I know. More common for North America. Same mushroom, different place. Another good indicator would be concentric rings on the base of the stem, also left from the universal veil remnants.
